Time to Grow Yoga

Time to Grow! Yoga Practice for Lent
Transform Mind, Body and Spirit through a Lenten yoga practice this season. Join us for a 7 week gentle yoga series led by Amy Alley. We will explore the different energy centers in the body and how they relate to overall wellness, as well as how we can build our spiritual growth and consciousness during this special time. Classes will be held from 5:30-6:15 pm throughout Lent, beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 14, and ending on March 27 in the Middle School Youth Room on the second floor. Initial class on Feb, 14 will be followed by an Ash Wednesday service at 7pm. This will be a gentle yoga practice suitable for beginning and intermediate levels, however all levels are welcome, ages 13 and up. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and any props you require; mats will be provided if you do not have one, but props are limited. There is no need to pre-registers, however please contact Amy Alley at amialley@hotmail.com prior to class if you require any special accommodations. Suggested donation: $5 per student per class.
