When is 2022 Spring Equinox?

The official start to Spring 2020, the moment of Spring Equinox,  begins at 11:33 a.m. Sunday March 20. This is the moment when Earth’s northern hemisphere tilts toward the sun and days grow longer.

Folklore has it that this is time also associated with being able to stand an egg on end. Spoiler alert: turns out this egg-balancing feet can be accomplished on other days as well.
