National Wear Red Day

National Wear Red DayJoin Self Regional Healthcare and the rest of the nation
by WEARING RED on Friday, Feb. 6, which is National
“Go Red” Day.
The American Heart Association began “Go Red” day
to bring awareness to the fact that heart disease is the
No. 1 killer of women AND men in America. Wearing red
is a great way to visibly support the cause.
On Sunday, February 8, local churches are also planning to
have a Red Sunday when attendees are encouraged to wear
red for awareness.
