Music for Grand Occasions: Greenwood Festival Chorale

“Music for Grand Occasions” concert will be at the First Presbyterian Church at Grace and Cambridge. Dr. David Coleman will be featured at the organ and Festival Conductor, Bob Glick will be conducting. Numbers featured include: John Rutter’s Te Deum and Mack Wilberg’s Four American Folk Hymns, which that smashing setting of Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing. In addition to these two larger works, the chorale will also sing: My Eternal King, Greater Love Hath No Man, Idyll of Praise, The Lost Chord, and Wilhousky’s immortal setting of The battle Hymn of the Republic. All this plus some organ solo fireworks from Dr. Coleman.
