Impresa Brings 180 New Jobs To Greenwood

Impresa Building Systems, announced they will be making a $9 million investment in Greenwood county. The modular home manufacturer will be located on Rock Church Road, and will be creating 180 new jobs. Greenwood has experienced a housing shortage, and Impresa will fill a significant void.

According to their website, Impresa’s 240,000 square foot production facility will increase the company’s operating capacity to meet growing demand. The new facility is expected to be operational by January, and in full production by July 2022. Full production capacity is estimated in excess of 300 homes per year.
