GREENWOOD, S.C. – Hodges Elementary School Surprise – while the students gathered for their end-of-the year celebration today at 2 p.m., Kindergarten Teacher Miss Jerricka Scott received a very special proposal.
Jahmar Tate, a Northeast (Atlanta) High School Counselor, planned an elaborate proposal complete with students, family and friends. Miss Scott, who was awarded Hodges Elementary School Teacher of the Year last year for 2021, said yes!
