TAI CHI IS BACK at Young Wellness on TUESDAY January 28 at 5:15pm!! Make plans to join us as we bring movement and breath together. In this class, we will build on the weight-shifting awareness practiced in the previous class by workshopping it together with intentional breathing through the forms.

This class is taught at an intermediate level, but beginners are welcome to come have fun and follow along too!! We practice for the health and joy of it.
Tai chi is a gentle movement exercise that emphasizes slow, intentional movements of the body and mindfulness. With a little grace extended to the self, it can easily be adapted for all ability and skill levels. Ask the teacher beforehand if you have concerns or questions.
