Emerald Ink & Stiches – The Drop
Lander Athletics is excited to announce plans for the 2nd annual “Emerald Ink & Stitches – The Drop” to be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm at Dolny Stadium.
The event will feature live music by The Embers featuring Craig Woolard. The night will also have food, beverages, and other exciting entertainment, capped off by the ball drop at 7:30 pm. Numbered golf balls will be sold for $100 each, which will include one ticket to the event. Additional tickets can be purchased for $50 each. $15,100 in prizes will be awarded as follows:
$5,000 – closest to the pin
$3,000 – 2nd closest to the pin
$1,000 – 3rd-9th closest to the pin
$100 – farthest from the pin
Prize money will be awarded through funds raised via ball sales. Individual and corporate winners will not need to be present at the event to claim their prize. All prizes must be claimed by Friday, May 10, 2019.

About Emerald Ink and Stitches – The Drop
Emerald Ink and Stitches – The Drop is conducted by the Lander Foundation to enhance athletic scholarships and operating budgets. Over 650 balls were sold for last year’s inaugural event, which successfully raised over $70,000 and directly impacted Lander student-athletes and athletic programs. Gaining the support of individuals and businesses connected to Lander University and Lander Athletics will be vital to the success of this year’s fundraiser.
