Town of Ninety Six
There is one seat open for each of the following offices; Mayor, Town Council Wards 2, 4, and 6, and CPW Commissioner. The filing opened on August 23rd at noon and will close on September 6that noon. Voters who are registered and reside within the Town of Ninety Six may file as a candidate for the office of Mayor or CPW. Voters who reside within wards 2, 4, or may file as a candidate for their respective ward. All voters in the town will be eligible to vote for Mayor and CPW. Only voters that reside within wards 2, 4, or 6 will have a ward seat on their ballot. If a Runoff is necessary, the election will be scheduled for November 19th.
