Check out what music Greenwood, SC is listening too
A couple weeks back, we asked locals on Greenwood Calendar’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram sites what song they wanted to add to Greenwood SC’s first playlist. Folks were able to suggest one song they liked of any genre. We received 39 songs, nearly three hours with a seriously eclectic mix. First, thanks to all who added songs to our list. I definitely have some new favorites.
Due to the splintering of genres into more than 1,300 subcategories. It’s difficult to keep up with all the new music. This local project has proven helpful in bringing new music, maybe even new genres to our community melophiles. Give it a listen. The playlist host I’ve chosen is Spotify (with over 406 million monthly users). There are both premium and paid versions, and more importantly, there are both skip and like buttons available.
