America in Bloom – Greenwood
America in Bloom envisions communities across the country as welcoming and vibrant places to live, work, and play – benefitting from colorful plants and trees; enjoying clean environments; celebrating heritage; and planting pride through volunteerism. \Greenwood was, in its first year of participation, awarded a 4 out of possible 5 “blooms” and highlighted for its strong ties to community involvement and volunteerism to make significant community visions become a reality.
