Abbeville Home Featured on HGTV sold by local realtor

The beautiful Victorian home located directly behind the Burt-Stark Mansion in Abbeville, SC was featured on House Hunters on HGTV on December 26.
The episode involved a couple from Simposonville, SC who were deciding which of three featured houses to buy. The couple were looking for houses in and around Abbeville.
Robert Stevenson, realtor with Weichert Realtors Bradshaw Group, was the real estate agent representing the seller for the home the couple ultimately purchased. The agent in the video represented the buyers.
