Contest Rules
Greenwood Calendar Contest Rules and Regulations:
Contests held on the GreenwoodCalendar.com website and/or Greenwood Calendar on Facebook and Twitter fall under the supervision and responsibility of Greenwood Calendar.
The rules for each individual contest are clearly stated within the post of each contest. For example, most contest require sharing a post to enter to win a stated prize. Some contests, such as the caption contest, require individuals to add a caption to a posted picture to enter to win the stated prize.
In all contests, a winner is chosen at random from those who have completed the requirements for entry. For example, if the directions for an individual contest state: To enter the contest, you must share this post for Company X and like Company X’s Social Media Page, both tasks must be complete in order to be entered into the contest.
An individual who wins a contest on the GreenwoodCalendar.com website, Greenwood Calendar app, and/or Greenwood Calendar on Facebook and Twitter will be eligible to enter to win a new Greenwood Calendar contest after 30 calendar days have passed.
Individuals who win are notified on the contest post itself as well as in a separate post. Winners are required to message Greenwood Calendar in order to make arrangements to collect the prize. Individuals who do not message Greenwood Calendar within 30 days of the posted announcement forfeit the prize.
Prizes must be picked up in person by the winner or designee, at which time a photo is taken and posted as the prize winner.
