Breaking News: Greenwood – Homicide Investigation
On October 25, 2016 at approx. 1700, the Greenwood Police Department responded to a possible shooting incident at 8 Gilliam Ct. Greenwood PD Officers arrived and found the resident deceased inside the residence.
Greenwood County Coroner responded to the scene and pronounced the victim. A preliminary investigation revealed the most likely cause of death to be a gunshot wound. An autopsy will be scheduled. The investigation is being investigated as a homicide and is still on going.
