Greenwood Rocks Videos highlight the first 18 days in the Emerald City. Greenwood Calendar started Greenwood Rocks on June 8, 2017. In just 16 days, 3,737 Greenwoodians have signed up.
Our homebase is the Greenwood Rocks group on Facebook. Our playground is all of Greenwood County. What we do: we get rocks, we paint rocks, we label the back of rocks “post to #Greenwood Rocks”, we leave clues (most of the time) on our group page, we hunt and find rocks, we post our found rocks on the Greenwood Rocks page. We do it again.
People have expressed having so much fun putting down the electronics, getting together with family, friends, or individually to be creative and having a blast hiding and posting. Seeing your rocks pictured in the hands of someone happy because they found your rock is priceless.
And we’d love for you to join! Be sure to read the rules pinned to the top of the #GreenwoodRocks page. Group posts are for pictures of painted rocks, clues, and pictures of found rocks. This keeps the clutter down. We’ve already hid thousands of rocks! If you have any questions, just message an administrator.
Join Here!, or you can find us at https://www.facebook.com/groups/GreenwoodRocks/. We use the hashtag #GreenwoodRocks as well.
